Nooks and crannies mean drafts, air leaks, and diminished energy efficiency. These are bad things. Wall-spray cellulose offers R-values that are higher than fiberglass products and maintains those values in hot and cold weather because it effectively manages convection and radiation. Wall-spray cellulose also effectively controls sound in a house. It is manufactured with permanent fire retardants and offers up to 50% better fire resistance than fiberglass.

Alpine Insulation’s wall-spray cellulose product is also an environmentally friendly choice. Manufacturing the product takes one-fifth the energy required to make fiberglass and generates one-fifth the carbon dioxide. It is made from 80% post-customer, recycled newsprint and is federally certified as non-corrosive.
